New Accessories for Battery Motors

New plastic flange (Ø 65 mm) for battery motor BM 010. It has a form closure and self locking shaft hole. So it only has to be plugged on and therefore reduces production time up to 70 %. Quick and easy mounting because screwing isn't needed anymore.
The flange with screwing could be applied where a strong assembly is needed.
- New lever arm for battery pendulum and oscillating motors (BPA 010, BMO 010) with additional bore holes for quick mounting screws and established quick locks. Reduces production time as well.
- Special assembly stickers for battery holders, battery motor BM 010 and flanges pre mounted or added will make assembly easy and will reduce production time.
- Night switch (light sensor) now available for 1.5 volt operation. With the night switch the operating time of the drive can be doubled and the costs for batteries will be reduced.
Super Slim Line Installation Turntable SBM
The SBM is the most extremely flat installation
turntable worldwide. It's height is not more than the diameter of an one
Euro coin (23 mm). It attracts your flat and shapely displays much more
to the public.
The
outstanding feature of this product is not only its flat construction
but its high performance, its extremely low noise and its safety clutch
of the turn plate (nearly indestructible). It allows a centric load of
800 grams. The power supply can be each 1.5 voltage battery size or even
a mains adaptor for long term operation.
This product is made to be installed in individual display boxes. Those displays might be counter presenters, acrylic displays, shelf displays, displays for shop windows or other applications.

Battery motors, battery holder and flanges can be provided with pre mounted stickers on your demand. You only have to remove the protection film and to stick the components to your display.
We even may provide you with the motor, battery tube, batteries, contact isolator, flange and sticker completed. So you only have to stick the moving part of the display on the flange and to stick the complete drive to your display. You will reduce your production time and costs dramatically. Delivery times for your customers will be also reduced a lot.

Linear Drive Adaptor for all Motor Sizes
The new Linear Drive Adaptor allows a movement of max. 60 mm in horizontal, vertical and diagonal direction. This drive can be connected to different motor types for different power and speed. Precisely and strongly designed guiding bars allow a high load and a long term operation.
